We have created an online blog that will help with cooking for Giriraja Swami, especially when he is traveling overseas. The blog contains video clips on how to make the probiotic ghee that we use in Maharaj's cooking, how to make soft paneer, how to skim whole milk, how to make spice mixtures, and how to prepare herbalized and glyceride water, as well as Ayurvedic recipes based on the seasons and Maharaj's regime . It also contains things to avoid when cooking for Maharaja. We hope that you find the blog useful and practical. Please use it only in service to Giriraj Swami.
